If you are not completely satisfied with your SylviaBenson.com purchase you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date. We offer refunds on full price items, excludinG fine jewelry orders. You may return sale items for store credit. returns and exchanges are not available for sale items noted as final sale on the individual product page.

How To Request a return - To request a return, contact sylvia benson at contact@sylviabenson.com to obtain an RA (return Authorization) number. in your email, please provide your full name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return. Please also specify if you would like to exchange your item(s), return your item(s) for a store credit, or return your item(s) for a refund. Your RA Number will be sent to you via email once your request has been authorized. write the RA number on the outside of your return shipping package and include a copy of your invoice with your return. Please kindly note, an RA number is required for all returns.  No returns will be accepted without an RA number on the outside of the return package.

USA - For orders shipped within the USA, sylviabenson.com will accept returns of full price merchandise within 14 days of the date on which items are delivered to you.

INTERNATIONAL - For Orders shipped internationally, Sylviabenson.com will accept returns of full price merchandise within 20 days of the date on which items are delivered to you. Please note returns must be sent back to Sylvia Benson from the country in which you received them. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through sylviabenson.com; however, you may contact your local customs bureau directly in an effort to recover these fees.

 
  • We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending. We are not responsible for missing packages.

  • All return items must be in new condition with original packaging (including pouch, information cards, and gift box). If all packaging is not included, Sylvia Benson reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to $20.00.

  • Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5 days after we receive your return. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is processed. Holidays and sales may extend this time.

  • All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated. Refund total will be the amount paid less shipping fees.

  • Full price items purchased with a promo code may be returned for refund or exchange.

  • fine jewelry orders are made to order and therefore final sale.

  • Sale merchandise is returnable for exchange only. Sale merchandise includes styles with permanent reductions as well as promotional prices when the discount price is reflected on the individual product page.

  • sale merchandise noted as final sale on the individual product page is not returnable for refund or exchange. It is final sale.

  • We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
