We currently offer 3 shipping methods direct from our North Carolina studio:
USPS Priority- Delivery occurs in 2 to 5 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed. Delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery.
Two Business Day- Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.
Next Business Day- Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.
At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: FULL PRICE ITEMS PURCHASED December 01, 2018 - DECEMBER 22th, 2018 are ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE IF RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS REQUESTED BY JANUARY 03, 2018. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RA REQUEST. ALL OTHER STANDARD RETURN REQUIREMENTS ARE ALSO APPLICABLE.
If you are not completely satisfied with your SylviaBenson.com purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange.* Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
An RA (Return Authorization) number is required for all returns. No returns will be accepted without an RA number on the outside of the return package. Requesting an RA is easily done by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending. We are not responsible for missing packages.
All original packaging (including pouch and box) must be intact and in sellable condition.
Exchanges are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange is processed.
All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
