Returns and Exchanges
Sylvia Benson Jewelry wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and gives its customers 14 days from receipt to return your merchandise. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, and wish to return your unworn Sylvia Benson jewelry we ask that you first request a Return Manufacturers Authorization number (RMA). Unfortunately no returns will be accepted without a RMA number on the return package. Requesting an RMA is easily done by e-mailing us at customerservice@sylviabenson.com.
All Sylvia Benson jewelry must be returned with the tags attached, and a copy of the invoice within 14 days of receipt. Sylvia Benson Jewelry will gladly accept returns for exchange or online store credit for the original purchase price less shipping and handling fees. When sending your items, we encourage using an insured carrier. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that Sylvia Benson Jewelry is unable to assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Ordering and Shipping
Orders often ship within 48 hours, but can take up to 14 business days. If you need your jewelry sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you.
Repairs
It is our desire for you to wear and enjoy each piece of Sylvia Benson jewelry and we gladly make repairs free of charge within 60 days of purchase. Sylvia Benson Jewelry must be notified at customerservice@sylviabenson.com before 60 day period expires. A Return Manfacturers Authorization (RMA) number is also required for repairs. This can easily be obtained by sending a request to customerservice@sylviabenson.com. We cannot accept packages that do not have a RMA number. When sending your items, we encourage using an insured carrier. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Gold-plating and other finishes can wear off over time, but a few simple precautions can help preserve the life of you Sylvia Benson jewelry.
Care Tips:
To clean it, wipe with fine jewelry polishing cloth.
Keep your jewelry away from all moisture, including lotions, perfumes and hairspray.
Do not wear your jewelry in the pool, to the beach, while exercising or bathing.
Store your jewelry away from bright light, heat and humidity.
Keep it in a box or soft pouch to slow oxidation of the metals and protect it from scratches.
